I understand that the information provided in this Hapū Registration Form may be used for administrative, governance, and statistical purposes relating to Ngāti Te Maunga and the Whanganui Bay Reservation Trust.

1. Statistical and Governance Use
   I acknowledge that aggregated, non-identifiable information from this registration may be used for reporting, planning, and decision-making purposes, including (but not limited to):

   • hapū governance and administration

   • trustee elections and voting processes

   • housing and papakāinga planning

   • reporting required for trust operations or lawful obligations

   Individual personal data will not be identified and will be combined into a statistical pool where used for reporting or analysis.

2. Privacy Rights
   I understand that submission of this form does not affect my rights under the Privacy Act 2020, including my right to:

   • access my personal information

   • request correction of my personal information

3. Disclosure of Information
   The information contained in this Hapū Registration Form will not be disclosed to any other individual or organisation, except:

   • the Whanganui Bay Reservation Trust and authorised Trust representatives, or

   • where required by law, or

   • where I have provided explicit consent
