Note: This fee is currently under review again in 2026.

When it’s due

The occupancy fee is due in full by 31 March each year, unless a new fee is approved at the Annual General Meeting.

You can pay:

  • Weekly

  • Fortnightly

  • Annually (in full by 31 March)

What your fee supports

Your contribution helps the Trust manage and maintain Whanganui Bay, including:

  • Water and land management

  • Waste management and disposal

  • Pest control

  • Health and safety

  • Roading maintenance

  • Taupō District Council rates
