2025 AGM material is available

The Trust wishes everyone a blessed New Year.

​

If you are spending time down the Bay, please enjoy your stay and remember to recycle and take responsibility for your own rubbish.

​

Our thanks to Wok for carrying out road repairs over the Christmas period.

​

The AGM was held in December 2025, and the Trust is moving forward in a positive direction. We intend to follow up with a Special General Meeting (SGM) on housing in early March 2026.

​

In the meantime, the Trust wishes to remind all members that no new builds are permitted to commence. This includes sections that previously had LTO approval and identified sites. All housing matters are currently under review, and the Trust will confirm and consolidate the new process following the upcoming SGM on housing.

Wharepaku

​

Due to circumstances the Trust has organized Portaloos to be placed down the lakefront for the interim of the New Years break (30th Dec to the 7th Jan)

 

We are awaiting a response from the contractor in regard to rendering services for the wharepaku at the bay.

​​
