The Poari Matua regret to advise that the Special General Meeting scheduled for Saturday 23 May 2026 has been postponed.

Due to tangihanga and illness, we are unable to attend and deliver this kaupapa as planned.

The new date for the SGM is as follows:

Date: Saturday 18 July 2026
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Venue: Turangitukua Park, Tūrangi

For our upcoming online Hui-ā-Hapū on Tuesday, 21 April, this relates directly to your ability to vote.

Under our updated constitution, all hapū members are required to re-register under our marae entity and complete the verification process.

If you are not registered and verified, you will not be eligible to vote at the SGM.

Please complete your registration and verification before the hui.
